Agreement and app license

These terms govern the Regimen service provided by Regimen Labs LLC. By using Regimen, you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the license to the iPhone app. These terms add rules for Regimen's plan, coach, nutrition, account, and membership services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Regimen. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the service to use safely. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you report unauthorized use.

Fitness, nutrition, and AI limits

Regimen provides general fitness and nutrition information. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services. Do not use Regimen as a substitute for a qualified clinician. Stop exercise and seek appropriate care if you have pain, dizziness, breathing trouble, or another concerning symptom. Call local emergency services for an emergency.

Exercise and nutrition changes carry risks. You are responsible for choosing suitable loads, movements, food, and timing. AI output and nutrition data can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review suggestions before applying them and verify information that matters to your health. Regimen does not guarantee a particular result.

Your content

You keep ownership of text, logs, images, and other content you submit. You give Regimen a limited license to host, copy, analyze, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to submit the content.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Regimen for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
  • attempt to bypass access, security, rate, or membership controls;
  • interfere with the service or probe another person's account or data;
  • upload malware or content that violates another person's rights; or
  • resell or copy the service except where law expressly permits it.

Membership and Apple billing

  • The purchase screen shows the product, trial if offered, renewal period, and localized price before you confirm.
  • Apple charges your Apple Account at purchase confirmation and handles payment details.
  • An auto-renewing membership continues for the shown period until you cancel it in Apple's subscription settings.
  • Use Restore Purchases in Regimen to restore an eligible purchase tied to your Apple Account.
  • Deleting your Regimen account does not cancel the App Store subscription.
  • Apple controls refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Regimen does not promise a refund.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription and request a refund from Apple. Prices, taxes, trials, and offers can differ by storefront and account. The Apple purchase sheet controls if it differs from other product copy.

Service changes and third parties

Regimen can add, change, suspend, or remove features. The service can be unavailable during maintenance, provider failures, or events outside Regimen's control. Apple, Clerk, RevenueCat, Superwall, OpenRouter, AI model providers, food-data services, and other third parties have their own terms and can change or discontinue their services.

Regimen property

Regimen and its licensors own the app, service, design, software, and Regimen-created content. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Feedback can be used without restriction or payment, but Regimen is not required to use it.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Regimen at any time. Regimen can restrict or end access when reasonably needed to protect people or the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Account deletion and App Store subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Warranty and responsibility

Regimen is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Regimen does not make implied promises about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free AI and nutrition output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that applicable law does not allow a service to exclude. Apple's Standard EULA contains additional warranty and liability terms for the app license.

Privacy and changes to these terms

The Privacy notice explains Regimen's information practices. Regimen can update these terms when the service, law, or providers change. The effective date above will change. If a change materially affects your use, Regimen will provide notice when required.
